Sheriff’s office: Woman's body found at Litchfield by the Sea Georgetown County Sheriff’s Office have located a relative of the woman whose body found Saturday morning on the beach in Litchfield. There is no suspicion of foul play in her death, according to a spokeswoman. Just before 7 a.m., the sheriff’s office was notified of a dead body found on the beach. The victim was described as a white female between 55 and 65 years old. The woman's body was located in front of the Bridgewater condos in Litchfield by the Sea. By the afternoon, deputies found a family member, according to Carrie Cuthbertson, the public information officer. She said there is "no suspicion of foul play at this time." No other details were available.
