Claret M. Heider, 79, ‘beacon of light’

Claret Mary Heider of Pawleys Plantation died Jan. 17 at Georgetown Memorial Hospital. She was 79.
She was born May 16, 1945, in Chicago, the daughter of Walter and Sybil Station.
She was remembered as a loving daughter, wife and mother, and a beacon of light and friendship.
She is survived by her husband, Raymond A. Heider Jr., and her son, Erich B. Heider of Charleston.
The interment will be private.
