fictitious names used to designate the unknown heirs at law, distributees, devisees, legatees, widow, widowers, successors and assigns, if any of the deceased individuals following, WILLIAM WRIGHT, SR. and ERIC WRIGHT, and all other persons unknown claiming any interest in the real estate described in the Complaint, whether infants, incompetents, insane persons under any other disability, being a class designated as RICHARD ROE, or in the Military Service of the United States of America being a class designated as MARY ROE, Defendants.

FURTHER TAKE NOTICE that Kelley Y. Woody, Esquire, P.O. Box 6432, Columbia, SC 29260, has been designated as Guardian ad Litem for all Defendants who may be incompetent, under age, or under any other disability by Order of the Court of Common Pleas of Georgetown County, dated the 17th day of June, 2024 and the said appointment shall become absolute thirty (30) days after the final publication of this Notice, unless such Defendants, or anyone in their behalf, shall procure a proper person to be appointed as Guardian ad Litem for them within thirty (30) days after the final publication of this Notice.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an action has been or will be commenced in this Court upon the Complaint of the above-named Plaintiffs against the above-named Defendants to quiet title to and to partition the property described herein. At the time of the filing of this notice, the property subject of said action is situated in the County of Georgetown, State of South Carolina, and is described as follows:
All that certain piece, parcel or lot of land situate, lying and being in Tax District Number 1, County of Georgetown, State of South Carolina, and being a portion of the property designated as Willie Brockinton on a map of the property of the Estate of Diana Johnson made by Samuel M. Harper, R. L. S., dated 20 June, 1968, and recorded in the office of the Clerk of Court for Georgetown County in Plat Book T at page 62. That is to say, so much of said parcel as commences at a point seven hundred (700) feet South of Penny Royal Road on the boundary line of property of the estate of Ernest Harrelson at a point where the property hereby conveyed intersects the property previously conveyed to Norwood and runs thence South 13 degrees 20 minutes West for a distance of One Hundred (100) feet along the line of the estate of Ernest Harrelson to the property formerly conveyed to Frank Gamble, Jr.; thence in a general easterly direction along the Frank Gamble Jr., line for a distance of Two Hundred Feet to a fifty foot road; thence North 13 degrees 20 minutes East along the line of said fifty foot road for a distance of One Hundred (100) feet to the property of Norwood; thence in a westerly direction along the Norwood line for a distance of two hundred (200) feet, more or less, to the property of estate of Harrelson, the point of beginning, thereby forming a rectangular parallelogram measuring one hundred (100) feet by two hundred (200) feet, more or less, and Butts and Bounds as follows: On the North by lands of Norwood; on the East by fifty foot road; on the South by lands of Frank Gamble, Jr.; and on the West by lands of Estate of Ernest Harrelson. All of which will more fully and at large appear by reference to said map, which is hereby made, pro tanto, a part and parcel hereof.
IT BEING UNDERSTOOD AND AGREED that the above described property is conveyed subject to restrictions, covenants and limitations affecting said property recorded in the office of the Clerk of Court for Georgetown County in Deed Book 96 at page 691.
Derivation: Being the same property conveyed by Nellie Wright and William Wright, Jr. by deed of Willie Brockington dated November 8, 1974 and recorded on December 10, 1974 in the Register of Deeds Office for Georgetown County, South Carolina, in Deed Book 127 at Page 84.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO REFER TO THE MASTER IN EQUITY FOR GEORGETOWN COUNTY FOR FINAL DETERMINATION: TO THE DEFENDANTS ABOVE NAMED: PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the undersigned attorney, on behalf of the Plaintiff herein, will move for an Order, thirty (30) days from the date of service, to refer the above entitled matter to the Master in Equity for Georgetown County, with authority being vested in the Master in Equity to enter a Final Order and judgment in this case with any appeal from the Order of the Master being directly to the South Carolina Supreme Court.
