By virtue of the Order for Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale of The Honorable Larry B. Hyman for Georgetown County, South Carolina, heretofore granted in the case of Habitat for Humanity Georgetown County, South Carolina, Inc. v. Lamont C. Greene and Connie L. Greene; CASE NO. 2017-CP-22-00372;

I, the undersigned Master-in-Equity for Georgetown County, will sell on May 6, 2019 at 12:00 o’clock Noon, in Courtroom 2-C of the Georgetown County Judicial Center 401 Cleland Street, Georgetown, South Carolina, to the highest bidder, the following described property, to wit:

All those two (2) certain pieces, parcels or part-lots of land situate, lying and being in the County of Georgetown, State of South Carolina, being the northwestern half of lots 3 and 4 of Block 17, more fully shown on a Plat of Rosenwald Heights, prepared by W. J. Green, C.E., from survey of May, 1944, which said plat is recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Georgetown County in Plat Book “F” at Page 46.  Said parts of Lot 3 and 4, Block 17, hereby conveyed taken together butt and bound according to said plat as follows: to the Northwest on Hazel Avenue; to the Northeast on Lot 5 of Block 17; to the Southeast on the remaining portions of Lots 3 and 4; and to the Southwest on Lot 2 of said Block 17.  All of which will more fully appear by reference to said plat which is hereby made a part and parcel hereof.

TERMS OF SALE:  The successful bidder, other than the Plaintiff, will deposit with the Master-in-Equity at the conclusion of the bidding, Five (5%) per cent of the amount of bid (in cash or equivalent) as evidence of good faith, same to be applied on the purchase price only upon compliance with the bid, but in case of non-compliance within 30 days after the date of the sale, same to be forfeited and applied to costs and the property re-advertised for sale upon the same terms at the risk of the former highest bidder.

The sale shall be subject to taxes, to existing easements and restrictions of record.  The successful bidder will be required to pay interest on the bid from the date of sale to the date of compliance at the prevailing judgment interest rate.

The Purchaser shall pay for the preparation of the Deed, transfer fees, and all costs of recording the deed.

Attention is drawn to the Order for Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale on file with the Clerk of Court for Georgetown County, CASE NO. 2017-CP-22-00372.  The terms and conditions of the actual Court Order, to the extent of any inconsistencies, control over any terms and conditions contained in this Notice of Sale.

As deficiency judgment is being waived, the sale will be final.
