Saundra J.T. Hayden, 61, single mom earned CDL

Saundra Jean Turner Hayden of Murrells Inlet died Nov. 6 at her home with her family by her side. She was 61,
She was born July 18, 1963, in Jacksonville, Fla., the daughter of Robert and Shirley Hayden. Her family was her pride and joy, and she was a daddy’s girl. She was fun loving, hard-ass momma, Harley rider, stubborn, honest and had no filter. She would say what was on her mind. All the kids in the neighborhood called her mom and she was everyone’s best friend.
She enjoyed her special brownies and Mary Jane.
Ms. Hayden was a single mom and very proud that she earned her commercial driver’s license with a hazardous materials endorsement. She worked for Hucks Pool Co. for over 10 years.
She is survived by her children, Sean Loatman, Melissa Kolodi and Kandice Pickett (Derek), all of Murrells Inlet; her grandchildren, Dylan, Marley, Nevaeh and Jaylen; her brothers, Robert Hayden of Murrells Inlet and Michael Hayden of Florida; her sisters, Linda Bowers of Virginia, Kathy Cleary of Virginia and Jennifer Dill of Ohio; her aunt, Melissa Lewis of Virginia; her nephews, Robert and Christopher, and her niece, Brittney; her great-nephew, Elijah, and great-nieces, Irie and Nova; and her husband, Roger Brian Turner.
In addition to her parents, another sister, Darlene Hayden Knopp, died before her.

A graveside service will take place in Virginia at a later date.
